Common questions about billing and plans

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? +

Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from your account settings. When you switch to annual, you will receive a prorated credit for the remaining time on your current monthly billing cycle. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual term.

What happens when I hit the Free plan generation limit? +

When you reach 20 generations in a calendar month, you can still access all your existing documents, edit manually, and export your work. New AI generations will be available when the next month starts or when you upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.

Do you offer refunds? +

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid plan. After that, we will provide prorated credit toward future billing cycles. Annual plans can be refunded in full within 30 days. Enterprise contracts have custom terms negotiated during the sales process.

Is there a discount for nonprofits or education? +

Yes. Registered nonprofits and accredited educational institutions receive 50% off all plans. Contact our sales team with proof of status and we will apply the discount to your account within one business day.

How does per-seat pricing work on Team plans? +

Each team member who needs access to shared workspaces, collaboration features, and the prompt library counts as one seat. You can add or remove seats at any time, and billing adjusts automatically. Read-only viewers do not count toward your seat total. Minimum of 3 seats to start a Team plan.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers for annual plans, and invoicing for Enterprise accounts. All payments are processed through Stripe with PCI DSS Level 1 compliance. We also support purchase orders for organizations that require procurement approval.
